Problematika phishingu, jeho právní a ekonomické důsledky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku phishingových útoků se zaměřením na právní a ekonomické aspekty. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy, syntézy a metody dotazníku zhodnotit phishing a phishingovéch útoky a navrhnout efektivní prostředky ochrany. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny jednotlivé druhy phishingu, konkrétně klasický phishing, pharming, smishing, vishing a spear phishing. Dále je popsán celý proces phishingového útoku, včetně charakteristiky jednotlivých úkonů. Cílem praktické části je zjistit příčiny a důsledky páchání phishingových podvodů, analyzovat trestní postih a ekonomické následky. Následně analyzovat výsledky z dotazníkového šetření a na základě zvolených metod provést celkové zhodnocení problematiky phishingu. Na závěr jsou navržena opatření týkající se preventivních bezpečnosti a prostředků pro zmírnění negativních následků.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of phishing attacks with a focus on legal and economic aspects. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate phishing and phishing attacks and to offer effective means of protection based on the analysis, synthesis, and questionnaire method. In theoretical part, the different types of phishing are first defined, namely classical phishing, pharming, smishing, vishing and spear phishing. In the following, the entire process of a phishing attack is described, including the characteristics of the individual actions. The aim of the practical part is to identify the causes and consequences of committing phishing scams, to analyze the criminal sanctions and economic effects. Subsequently, analyze the results of the questionnaire survey and make an overall assessment of the phishing issue based on the chosen methods. Finally, measures regarding preventive security and means to mitigate the negative consequences are proposed.
