Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the education system and staff development. The aim of the dissertation is to analyze education system and staff development in Secondary Pedagogical School and Secondary Nursing School Krnov. According to the results suggest possible solutions and recommendations. In the first part are described theoretical background of staff education and development. Second part is focused on characteristic of the organisation and in this part is also described the analysis via questionnaire survey. In the third part of this dissertation are described suggestions and recommendations, which will lead to an improvement in this area.
