Návrh a praktická realizace řešení signalizace poruch zadní skupinové svítilny

Abstract

The master thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a solution for signaling faults in the rear group light, with the requirements further specified by FORVIA HELLA. The first chapter presents theoretical research of PWM generation, and a basic analysis of the different topics mentioned during the elaboration of the thesis, such as the circuits used for PWM generation, the I2C communication protocol and EMC. In the following chapter, the different possible designs of PWM generation solutions based on logic signals are examined in detail and compared. In the next chapter, the final design is performed using the DAC539G2 circuit, including schematic design, circuit board design and programming description. In the last chapter, practical testing of the final sample is performed, specifically electrical testing, temperature testing, and basic EMC testing of the BCI and CE.
