The thesis includes a theoretical definition of benefits, a detailed characterization of selected employee benefits provided within the chosen business company for the purposes of this thesis, and the tax and accounting issues associated with them. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis provides specific insights into the utilization and satisfaction with the benefits provided in the selected business company.
