Stěbořice – památkově chráněný objekt

Lucie Augustinková, Ph.D., 62 pages. The Bachelor's thesis proposes new functions for the currently unutilized Stěbořice castle, which is on the list of cultural monuments of the Czech Republic. The thesis presents the limitations that can occur during the process of historic brownfield restoration. The individual chapters cover the history of the castle, its current state, the limitations given by monument protection, the financial plan, and the proposal of a new utilization of the castle. The purpose of the paper is to propose a study of a new, feasible, and economically sustainable, utilization of the Stěbořice castle.
