Revize katastrálního operátu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je revize katastrálního operátu. Bakalářská práce se revizí katastrálního operátu zabývá komplexně od založení projektu, až po její ukončení. K revizi katastrálního operátu byl jako podklad použit dosud platný katastrální operát, ortofoto a data získaná při rekognoskaci terénu a jednání s vlastníky nemovitostí. Dalším předmětem je samotné zpracování revize, použitý software, vypracování neměřického záznamu na sloučení parcel a mapy změn, vyznačení výsledků revize v katastru nemovitostí.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the inspection and amendment of the cadastral register (Land Register) performed at the Chomutov Cadastral Office (Land Registry Office). This bachelor thesis deals with updating the cadastral register comprehensively, from the establishment of the project to its completion. For the revision of the cadastral data, the existing valid cadastral data, orthophotos and data obtained during the reconnaissance of the terrain and negotiations with the property owners were used as a basis. Furthermore, it discusses the protocol of the revision, the software used, non-measuring methods for the merging of plots and maps and the updating of the revision results in the real estate cadastre.
