Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard pro instituci ve veřejném sektoru

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to propose the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method for a public sector institution. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides an overview of business performance, including the basic techniques for creating marketing research, such as questioning. This part also discusses the theory of the BSC method and its implementation. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the selected company, its activities, strategic goals, and the proposal for the implementation of the BSC method. The last part of the thesis presents recommendations and proposals for individual areas analysed, as well as an overall summary.
