Kvalita dodavatelů hotelového provozu

Abstract

This thesis named 'Supplier quality in hotel operation' deals with the quality evaluation of the suppliers of the company Harmony Club Hotel Ostrava. The target of this thesis is to carry out a quality evaluation of the current suppliers of the above-mentioned hotel (especially in the field of accommodation section) and subsequently to develop a stable and functional systém of supplier quality evaluation. In the theoretical section, I explained using literature concepts such as quality, hotel management, service or purchase. In the practical section I first described the hotel operation which this thesis refers to. Then I collected data using the method of written questioning. The questionnaire was primarily focused on the field of quality. The collected data were processed and transcoded, so I could make appropriate calculations and subsequently carry out an evaluation of the suppliers. In the final part of the thesis I developed a stable system of supplier quality evaluation which should lead to a rise in their quality.
