Minimalizace nepříznivých účinků trhacích prací ve vybraných lomových provozech ČR za použití vhodných softwarových prostředků

Abstract

The dissertation firstly introduces a selected software suitable for modelling, analysis, as well as elimination and reduction of some of the adverse effects of blasting. The dissertation further discusses suitable use of initiation systems, focusing on the electronic initiation system E*STAR. The paper provides a general evaluation of quarries where the main research and the use of the software took place, the emphasis being placed on the Čertovy schody quarry. The dissertation also briefly evaluates adverse effects of blasting. The main part of the dissertation discusses the reduction of blasting-induced ground vibrations by means of software modelling with the electronic initiation system, it further includes the comparison of results obtained with and without the use of the modelling and evaluates the prediction accuracy of the particle peak velocity at suitable measurement sites. The following part of the dissertation deals with the use of the blast design software for conducting a geodetic pre-survey of the quarry face and for the subsequent blast design. The dissertation also discusses inclinometry, as employed to eliminate excessive flyrock, and acoustic load simulation. Finally, the paper offers a suitable method for using the selected software.
