Implementace metody Kaizen ve vybrané organizaci strojírenského průmyslu

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to describe the implementation of the Kaizen methodology in a selected company, to provide the evaluation of the efficiency of its use and to present the recommendation for continual improvement of its use. The theoretical part is devoted to Kaizen, Gemba Kaizen, seven types of waste and 5S. The practical part introduces the company and presents examples of Kaizen applications, in particular 5S, suggestion system and quality circle. It is followed by the summary on the above mentioned methods and recommendations for their improvement are suggested.
