Analýza způsobilosti procesu v organizaci z oblasti elektrotechnického průmyslu

Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the capability of a selected manufacturing procedure in the company OEZ s.r.o. The first part which is theoretical studies the knowledge from the area of the procedure capability analysis. The second part contains the explanation of capability indexes and their mutual comparisons. The practical part involves the analysis of the procedure capability for the bimetal rod manufacturing. The analysis is done by means of the basic instruments for quality management using appropriate statistical methods. At the end of the practical part, based on gained knowledge, suitable measures are proposed in order to improve manufacturing process and to implement the evaluation of procedure capability.
