Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the application of Ltd. companies activity starting process. The aim of the first part of this thesis is to clarify some concepts from the entrepreneur field and to outline the process of starting a company. The second part concentrates on the application of the theoretical basis of starting a company on a fictional company. In the last part, a ficticious company is started on the basis of the business plan. The business plan is outlined both from an optimistic and a pessimistic view. This thesis can serve as a manual for starting entrepreneurs and it points out the possible risks of entrepreneurship.
