Financování a analýza hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo obecně charakterizovat neziskové organizace a postavení příspěvkových organizací a zaměřit se na konkrétní příspěvkovou organizaci – Domov seniorů Hranice, p. o. Dále vyhodnotit financování a hospodaření dané příspěvkové organizace. První, teoretická kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku neziskových organizací a postavení příspěvkových organizací, jejich právní úpravu, účetnictví a finanční hospodaření obecně. V druhé kapitole je popsána činnost vybrané příspěvkové organizace a organizace sociálních služeb, které Domov seniorů, p. o. poskytuje. Tato kapitola také obsahuje rozbor hlavních příjmů, kterými příspěvková organizace financuje svou činnost. V poslední kapitole je vypracována analýza hospodaření a finanční analýza, pomocí které byla zhodnocena finanční situace dané příspěvkové organizace.

The aim of this thesis was generally characterize non-profit organizations, status of public-benefit corporations and focus on specific state-funded organization – Retirement home Hranice, p. o. Further evaluate the financing and management of that organization. The first, theoretical chapter contain characteristic of non-profit organizations and status of state-funded organizations, their legislation, accountancy and general financial management. In the second chapter is described operation of chosen state-funded organization of social services which is Retirement home, p. o. providing. This chapter also contain analysis of main incomes which the organization uses to finance their activities. In the last chapter was created analyse of management and financial analyse. Thanks to these analyses was evaluated the financial situation of chosen state-funded organization.
