Title of thesis: Activity of the Orlova Municipality Administrative Authorities Focusing on Transport in Self- governing and Delegated Powers

The work deals with the administrative authorities of the city of Orlova. The theoretical analysis of the problems of the village is focused on defining the scope of the community, the division of the city and the city authorities. Further, it issues the structure of the Municipal Office Orlova. Specific analysis is focused on the Department of Transport, in particular on its activities and competencies and the actual survey among residents of city Orlova. This survey has been provided by the questionnaire focused on the inhabitant´s opinion as for the Transport Depertment. Based on the analysis certain recommendations are proposed that could lead to the improvement of activities of the Department of Transport and thereby increase of inhabitant´s satisfaction.
