Řízení rozpracovanosti ve vybraném firemním procesu

Abstract

The work is divided into two consecutive parts, theoretical and practical. The theory is generally concentrated on the koncept of kaizen, logistic technology, pull systems, managing reserve and above all kanban and its implementation. In the practical part, there is a short presentation of Continental Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., Frenštát pod Radhoštěm followed by analysis of the currnet state of Centre of sticking logo this company. There is detailed description of course production . The main objective of this work is implementation managing work of bottom parts keys with sticked logo. Therefore after there is a progress of implementation method kanban and its sinals, kanban card and kanban table, and course production in Centre of sticking logo after implementation kanban work in process. The final part is dedicated to the monetary and unmonetary project appraisal and other recommendations.
