Abstract
The thesis is divided into three chapters, whose main objective is to analyze the impact of exchange rate policy of China to the economic stability of countries and their trading partners. The first two chapters provide the basic facts needed to understand the problems of international money markets, external monetary policy, the basic features of the Chinese economy and Chinese monetary and exchange rate policy. The second chapter is also supplemented with the practical analysis of basic indicators of development of Chinese economy in the 21 Century. Practically-oriented third chapter is focused on understanding the changes in China's exchange rate based on export-based economy. Another object of interest is the growing trade surplus of China, especially the U.S. and the EU, which is the main pillar of economic stability of the country and strengthens the position of growing Chinese economic power in the world.
