Virtuální návrh a testování laboratorního systému s využitím konceptu digitalního dvojčete

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of digital model in Tecnomatix Process Simulate software. The work deals with the creation of a simulation for a production site, which is designed to produce a product from lego bricks, specifically a shed. The whole simulation is composed of one stationary robotic arm, a storage and conveyor system. The bachelor thesis describes the design of the whole production systém, there is also a description of individual robotic operations, material flow, monitoring and control conveyor systems, working with sensors. The last part is devoted for testing the kinematics of the robotic workplace.
