Analýza a hodnocení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Dalkia Česká republika, a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a motivational program of Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. company. It focuses on evaluation of all aspects of this program and recommends possible changes in its particular areas. The first part explains the term motivation and its importance for a manager’s job. It is followed by a chapter focusing on different motivational theories. The main principle and contribution to a manager’s practice of each theory is given as well. The next part introduces Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. company and its motivational program. The program is analysed and the results including recommendation for possible changes are in the following part. The SWOT analysis of the motivational program as a whole is included as well.
