Abstract
This thesis examines the impact of digitalization and the Industry 4.0 concept on logistics efficiency at VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. The aim is to analyze the current level of logistics digitalization, evaluate its influence on key performance indicators (e.g. delivery time, traceability, logistics costs), and propose further improvements. The theoretical part focuses on Industry 4.0 tools applicable to logistics. The analytical part includes an evaluation of the current state and proposed solutions. The results offer practical value for companies aiming to modernize logistics processes.
