Vliv fúze na současnou pozici UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a. s.

Abstract

This thesis evaluates the efect of merger on the current position of the UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, as through income and asset valuation methods, financial analysis, macroeconomic indicators, the banking sector and other relevant factors that affect the final evaluation. Based on the results, it was found that there was an increase in total assets and in market value of the bank, there was also a rationalization of revenues and cost, optimization of cash flow, changing the organizational structure and the overall restructuring of the bank. The success of this merger can be an inspiration for many other subjects.
