Optimalizace řízení FM procesů pomocí BIM a CAFM systému

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to design and process a complex data model of a specific object with subsequent implementation of the processed data into the CAFM system and creation of the BIM model. The first chapter mentions the basics of facility management in relation to the relevant standards. The next part hereof describes basic information about the BIM, its creation, history and application of this element in administration outside the territory of the Czech Republic. The following chapter describes the CAFM systems which are necessary for the BIM production. The thesis continues in the description of civic amenities with emphasis on school buildings. The following chapter describes elements of cleaning that can be encountered in property management. The last chapter hereof processes specific data of the university kindergarten object and then implements thereof through the CAFM software to create the BIM. Based on the data processed in the BIM/CAFM, cleaning processes have been optimized.
