Analýza vybraných fytohormonů z rákosu a jejich vliv na fytoremediaci vysokých koncentrací solí

Abstract

The thesis deals with the experimental verification of the uthilization of the abilities of selected phytohormones in phytoremediation. The thesis is the first orientation survey dealing with the ability of reed as a remediation plant to absorb salt in its roots in increased concentrations of auxins from the mine water from the Lazy - Karviná mine. The introductory chapters deal with the topic of salinity in water and soil, describing the mechanism of phytoremediation and its types. The mechanism and effects of selected phytohormones are described. A laboratory experiment is a part of the thesis assessing the indicators of phytohormones and selected mine water indicators.
