Abstract

Investment decision-making is one of the most important managerial activities and is part of a long-term strategic planning of the company. Deciding on the acceptance or rejection of the investment project affects the future development of the company, its prosperity and further existence. The basic tools are economic criteria for evaluating investment projects. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the investment plan of KOEXIMPO, Co. Ltd., the purpose of which is to build its own headquarters. The first part focuses on the introduction of the company, then the theoretical background of the issue is described, followed by the application of selected methods in practice. In the last part, proposals and recommendations to improve the current situation are formulated.
