Abstract

My thesis purpose is to sum up all of the solved projects and contents of the practical experience which I’ve been engaged in at BRAIN computers ltd. company for whole academic year, and to review the benefits of this experience. The explanation of my work what was the point and the structure of my projects is written at the introduction part. In subsequent chapters are individually explained those analyzed projects I’ve worked on by its category. So namely it was implementation, management and maintenance of the Microsoft Windows server systems, then complex solutions of the computer networking (managing and maintenance), complex services in the area of telecommunications, installation and programming the private branch exchanges. Next we had to project and realize structured cabling, customer’s technical support, analysis and solving their problems and also hotline consultancy. In fine I’ll write about obtained experiences and achieved results.
