Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the issue of ensuring the safety of outdoor events of a mass nature, the risks associated with this issue, their evaluation and subsequent determination of measures to increase safety, especially fire safety. The bachelor thesis consists of a total of 5 main parts. The first part defines the concept of an event with a larger number of people and a search of legal regulations related to the issue. The second part defines the obligations of entities for organizing events with a larger number of people. The third part deals with the analysis of risks at outdoor events. The fourth part presents security at these events, and the last part sets out a proposal to improve security at these events.
