Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is valuation of a company performing transport services using selected methods. Used methods are DCF Entity, EVA entity and net current asset value method. The thesis is divided into 3 parts - the first part is dedicated to description of the valuated company, the second part is focused on explanation of pricing process and the third part applies the theoretical knowledge described in the previous part. All calculated values are compared in the conclusion.
