Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze personal liability insurance, offer recommendations and provide comparison of insurance products based on chosen criteria and insurance companies. In theoretical part there is responsibility for damage and liability insurance against damage described and its legal regulation characterized. In practical part insurance conditions of chosen insurance companies are compared by fictitious examples. To assure better evidence questionnaire research has been provided. The main aim of this research is to find out whether people know they can place personal insurance against damages. The thesis serves as the basis for those who consider conclusion of such insurance.
