Abstract
This thesis addresses the construction technology and design part of the documentation to implement a three-storey multifunctional building with a basement. Project documentation consists of two parts. The first part is focused on building construction concerning the architectural drawings and technical report. The second part focuses on the technological process of implementation, itemized budget and a schedule of the single-unventilated flat roof.
