Abstract

První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na teoretický úvod do oblasti Hasičského záchranného sboru a operačních a informačních středisek. Ve druhé části se práce věnuje dvěma oblastem současného stavu předpisů. Jedním z nich jsou legislativní předpisy a tou druhou předpisy Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Třetí část práce analyzuje současný stav v oblasti předpisů a ve své druhé části se věnuje konkrétnímu způsobu uplatňování předpisů na operačních a informačních střediscích. Ve čtvrté části je postup a tvorba návrhu dokumentu. Následně je uveden příklad aplikace navrhované struktury a vytvořeného rámce.

The First part of the Diploma work is focuses on a theoretical introduction of the field of Fire Rescue services and operatiol and information centers. In the second part the work deals with two areas of current state regulations. One of them is the legislative regulations and another is regulations of Fire Rescue services of the Czech Republic. The third part analyzes the current state regulations and in an own second part deals with the particular rules apply to information systems and operational centers. In the fourth part is the processed and the creation of draft document. Subsequently, an example of application of the proposed structure and the established framework.
