Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is determination of the value of the manufacturing company including sensitivity analysis. Diploma thesis is dividend into three parts. The first part focuses on the theory related to the diploma thesis. The description of the company as well as financial and strategic analysis are taking place in the second part. There is also SWOT analysis summing up the results of financial and strategic analysis. The third part presents the evaluation of ŽĎAS, a.s. by two-phase yield evalutaion method DCF-Entity and sensitivity analysis.
