Partnerství privátního developera a veřejné správy v procesu obnovy průmyslové aglomerace

Abstract

The notion of PPP (Public Private Partnership) is generally describing a wider group of projects, in which both the private and the public sector participate, and which aim at satisfying services traditionally supplied by the public sector. A research that was carried out on the municipality level of the Moravian-Silesian region clearly indicated that financial resources of municipal authorities for development projects are limited and at the same time there is a little awareness of a chance to cooperate with a private investor on the principle of PPP financing. The main finding is that municipalities are not ready for project financing on the concession basis and therefore a PPP model is suggested that comes from long-term lease contracts.
