Postupy zvyšování výkonnosti pracovníků vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of practices for increase work efficiency in the selected company. The first part of thesis is focused on theoretical basis of work performance and related fields. The second part is focuses on the characteristics of the examined company. The third part of this work is focused on qualitative analysis of systems and practices of the company within increasing work performance, realized through the exploratory research of the corporate documents and standardized interviews with a supervisor. Based on the findings of the work are designed areas for improvement.
