Studie revitalizace a využití bývalého průmyslového areálu na Sokolské třídě v Ostravě

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis, compailed as a study - investment intent, engages in revitalization of industrial area in Ostrava and in possible further improvement of this area. The aim of this thesis is to project construction works of historic objects and of their surroundings. This study contains architectural and technical design, design of parking area and green vegetation, connection on traffic and technical infrastructure. Evaluation of the possible investment is represented via SWOT analysis. One of the important study result is calculation of financial charges needed for project realization.
