Návrh integrovaného systému řízení v podnikové praxi

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Návrh integrovaného systému řízení v podnikové praxi“ Cílem je podat návrh integrovaného systému managementu v rozsahu QMS, EMS a SMS do společnosti, kde není zaveden ani jeden ze systémů managementu. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé systémy managementu – systémy managementu jakosti, environmentální systémy managementu a systémy bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Dále je v této části diplomové práce popsána vzájemná interakce těchto systémů managementu a výhody, které implementace integrovaného systémů přináší. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu, která zahrnuje vstupní přezkoumání plnění požadavků dle norem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2010, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 a ČSN EN ISO 18001:2008. Dále je zde podán návrh integrovaného systému řízení.

The theme of this thesis is „ Design of an Integrated Management System in Company practice“ The aim is to design an integrated management system within the scope of QMS, EMS and SMS into company, where tehere is not implemented any one of management systems. The theoretical part describes the individual system of management – quality management systems, environmental management systems and systems of health and safety at work. In this part of the thesis is described also the interaction of these management systems and the benefits that the implementation of on integrated systém brings. The practical part includes an analysis of the current status which includes the initial review of compliance to standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2010, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN EN ISO 18001:2008. There is also a design of an integrated management system.
