Hodnocení kvality budov s využitím vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problem of assessing the quality of buildings, their life cycle and environmental impact. Currently, comes to the forefront the efforts of developing countries to reduce operational energy and emissions. Life cycle assessment allows you to eliminate these negative aspects and find friendly solutions and actions. The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with a rating system that allows to design buildings environmentally friendly, pleasant to use and energy-efficient. In addition to evaluation of the Technical University of Ostrava Faculty of Civil Engineering their builds H and I in the certification of software preSBToolCZ and its energy and economic evaluation.
