Abstract
The Bachelor thesis deals with creating the model of the respiratory control system and the laboratory task with using this model. The work contains all equations and values required for the creating functional model. The model is created in program Matlab Simulink. The model allows you to examine changes in concentrations of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) in the venous and the arterial blood. The model also models the regulation of the pulmonary ventilation. The model is controlled via the graphical user interface in which the input parameters can be changed. The work includes the laboratory task and the sample protocol.
