Abstract

Využití metody FMEA při zlepšování procesu výroby hřídelí ve firmě Ostroj a. s. je tématem této diplomové práce. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu moderních přístupů a metod k zabezpečování a zlepšování jakosti s možností jejich využití v podmínkách výrobního cyklu. Praktická část je věnována analýze procesu výroby hřídelí pomocí metody FMEA procesu. Výsledkem bylo odhalení možných vad tohoto procesu a identifikace jejich příčin. Na základě těchto zjištění tým navrhl vhodná nápravná opatření ke zlepšování procesu výroby hřídelí na multifunkčním soustruhu CTX – GAMMA 2000 TC.

The theme of my dissertation is the utilization of FMEA method while improving the process of production of shafts in the firm Ostroj lnc. The theoretical part of my dissertation focuses on the analysis of modern approaches and methods for quality provision and improvement with the possibility of their use in production cycle conditions. The practical part deals with the analysis of shaft production process by means of the method FMEA process. The result showed the disclosure of possible defects in this process and identified their causations. Pursuant to these findings, the team designed suitable corrective arrangements for the improvement of shafts production process on the multifunctional lathe CTX – GAMMA 2000 TC.
