Abstract

The aim of this master thesis was to analyse the aspect of selection and adaptation of the employees working on operative possitions in selected M.LS. Holice s.r.o. company. After analyzing, the suggestions were made to propose the most efective way of the process of selecting and adapting for employees. The Master Thesis includes the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical bases of the selection and adaptation process are included in the theoretical part. The short introduction of the company M.L.S Holice s.r.o, analysis of the present aspect of selection and adaptation for employees working on operative possitions, analysis of the experimental examination and appropriate suggestions are included in the practcal part of the thesis. I believe the company M.L.S Holice s.r.o. will find results of my Master thesis benefitial and useable for reaching more effective was of the selecting and adaptation process.
