Abstract
The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of feasibility study of Pension for elderly in Stachovice. Elaboration of this feasibility study has to be confirmed insertion of investment resources to the pension for elderly. In the theoretical part I will be concerned with project managing, stages of project life and theoretical analysis of methods used in the feasibility study. The practical part will link to parse methods and it will create the feasibility study of pension for the elderly.
