Abstract

The thesis deals with the use of waste heat for domestic hot water. Today, more or less waste heat released into the atmosphere without using it somehow. Yet it incorporates a large energy potential. The diploma thesis was created in cooperation with VÍTKOVICE MECHANICS Inc., which operates numerous power plants. Use of energy as a secondary energy source, which arises in plant production processes, leading to a reduction in operating costs and the efficiency of production itself. The result of the thesis proposal should be heat exchanger, which will be used for domestic hot water, which will then be re-utilized in the company, such as showering, etc.
