Abstract

Storage areas participate in effective organization of internal and external processes in the company, such as are receiving goods, assembly, items packaging and delivery of goods. This document describes these processes. I analyse logistic activities, like customer service, plan and demand forecasting, stock management, transport, distribution and handling of materials. I work at logistic systems Kanban and Just-In-Time.
