Vliv tepelného zpracování na fázové přeměny ve slitině TiAl6V4

Abstract

Titanium alloys, mostly α + β alloy of TiAl6V4, thanks to their excellent yield strength vs. density, are increasingly being used in numerous industries. This work is therefore focused on the influence of heat treatment on phase transformations in the TiAl6V4 alloy, while the theoretical part shows the basic division of titanium alloys according to precipitated phases, as well as possible phase transformations of α + β alloys, their heat treatment and basic characteristics of the alloy of interest. In the practical part, several samples of titanium alloy TiAl6V4 were studied, which were cut from wires processed in different heat treatment regimes. Three samples were annealed above Tβtransus, two of which were subjected to subsequent aging. The fourth sample was annealed below Tβtaransus with subsequent aging. Dilatometric records were used for the study and the microstructure was studied by optical and electron microscopy. The hardness of these samples was measured and compared.
