Návrh komunikace ve vybraném podniku z pohledu etického leadershipu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problem of communication in the organization from the stnadpoint of ethical leadership. Communication is an important part of organizational culture in every organization, because thanks to communication the organization is connected. Without communication, no organization could function. Therefore, it is desirable that the communication in the organization is at the best possible level. Ethical leadership is a concept that has come to the fore in recent years and will play an interesting part in the future. The concepts of communication and ethical leadership are interconnected. Ethical leadership could not work without communication, and communication in the principles of ethical leadership is more pleasant for the leader and the employee, more effective and at a better level than without ethical leadership. Part of the thesis is to define the theoretical basis of the work. Description of thesis methodology. Data collection and analysis. A questionnaire is chosen for data collection, which uses the method of Multidimensional Analysis, which was created at the Department of Management and Economics of the Vysoká škola Báňská – Technická univerzita Ostrava. In the present thesis, based on the obtained results, proposals and recommendations were presented.
