Outsourcing firmy Viamontu a.s.

Abstract

In the attached work I deal with outsourcing of a selected activity of the company Viamont DSP a.s. In particular, I deal with activities of the working group 'Technical and economic management of buildings' that executed repairs, maintenance and elimination of breakdowns in objects owned by the company Viamont DSP a.s. I subject this group to a certain analysis that covers e.g. job contents of the employees and, in particular, certain economic indexes. On basis of this analysis and the found results I then compare the group 'Technical and economic management of buildings' with activities of another external company that intends to supersede activities of compare the group 'Technical and economic management of buildings' by its own activities. The purpose of my work is to consider whether on basis of the found results it is profitable for the company Viamont DSP a.s. to supersede activities of the working group 'Technical and economic management of buildings' by a working group 'Technical and economic management' of the external outsourcing company Šašek or preserve the existing situation in the company.
