Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on theme of employees’ development in ZPF akademie Company. The aim of my work is to focus on stimulation aspects of the education system in the company. Find out what is the effect of stimuli on motivation and efficiency and what is its interconnection with career progress. Find out how is the development beneficial to the individual and to the organization. My aim is to give feedback to the employer and propose possibilities of more efficient utilization of stimuli to development. Theoretical approaches and company secondary data were applied to achieve the goal. Primary data was found through the questionnaire method. The questionnaire was filled in by company employees and the results were analyzed.
