Organizace a fungování Policie České republiky

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je Organizace a fungování Policie České republiky. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy organizace a fungování této instituce zhodnotit vybrané aspekty jejího současného stavu. Po počátečním seznámení s policejní správou, jejím historickým vývojem na našem území a její činností, je dále popsána organizační struktura Policie ČR a její srovnání před datem 1.1.2009 a v současné době, což úzce koresponduje s novým zákonem č. 273/2008 Sb. o Policii ČR. Nejdůležitější částí práce je kapitola zaměřená na fungování Policie ČR, kde jsou chronologicky popsány útvary Policie ČR, povinnosti a úkoly útvarů, společně s řídícími články útvarů a ekonomického zabezpečení jejich fungování. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení současného stavu Policie ČR s kladným posouzením změn vyplývajících z nového zákona o Policii ČR.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Organization and Operation of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is (based on analysis of the organization and operation of this institution) to evaluate some aspects of its the status quo. After an initiatory identification with police administration, with its historical development in our country and its activities, it also describes the organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic and its comparison before 1st January 2009 and at present, which corresponds closely with the new law No. 273/2008 Coll. about the Police of the Czech Republic. The most important part of bachelor thesis is the chapter focusing on the operation of the Police of the Czech Republic. In this chapter are chronologically described departments of Police of the Czech Republic, responsibilities and tasks of the departments, together with the governing articles of departments and economic ensuring of their operation. In the end of bachelor thesis is made the evaluation of the current state of police with a positive assessment of the changes resulting from the law of Police of the Czech Republic.
