Vyhodnocení efektivity interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The aim of the thesis „Evaluation of Internal Communication Effectiveness in a Selected Company“ is to find out how efficient is internal communication in selected anonymous company and suggest a solution to problems which could reduce this efficiency. For acquisition of necessary empirical data I used a questionnaire survey in which have participated selected employees of the company. After that I analyzed and evaluated results of the survey. It turned out that efficiency of internal communication is reduced by some problems. These problems were oriented especially on upward and downward communication but in horizontal communication significant problems were not found out. Therefore I suggested remedial measures which will result in abatement or elimination of these problems. So internal communication will be more efficient which could lead for example to better management, more satisfied employees and many other improvements.
