Bezpečnost v dopravě a příčiny nehodovosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti v dopravě a příčinami dopravní nehodovosti v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory ovlivňující vznik dopravních nehod z pohledu jednotlivých druhů dopravních prostředků a posoudit možnosti prevence. V teoretické části je popsána základní charakteristika dopravy, legislativní rámec, role Policie ČR, lidské a technické faktory, ekonomické a společenské důsledky dopravních nehod. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu dopravní nehodovosti pomocí statistických údajů a případových studií. Výsledkem práce je identifikace hlavních příčin nehod a návrhy preventivních opatření vedoucích ke zvýšení bezpečnosti v dopravě.

This bachelor thesis focuses on traffic safety and the causes of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors contributing to traffic accidents in relation to different types of transport and to assess possible prevention measures. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of transport, the legal framework, the role of the Police of the Czech Republic, human and technical factors, and the economic and social consequences of accidents. The practical part is focused on the analysis of traffic accident statistics and case studies. The outcome of the thesis is the identification of the main causes of accidents and the proposal of preventive measures to improve road safety.
