Abstract

The subject of this Diploma thesis is to develop the Technological process of the foundation construction of a residential building and also to compare two types of ceiling construction. The thesis is the design documentation for construction of the specified object. Furthermore drawing a technical report site equipment, schedule and budget of the foundation structure and selected thermal technical expertise.

The main part of this Diploma thesis is the implementation of the Technological process of the substructure, which is composed of prefabricated monolithic cups plain concrete into footings and foundation of prefabricated translations. A further comparison of the two types of ceiling structures, and construction of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels and construction of ceiling slabs Filigran. The final form of the thesis is created according to the applicable laws, regulations and standards.
