Studie bezpečného bydlení v zástavbě rodinných domů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to provide a comprehensive proposal of technical security of people and property to increase residents' safe feeling and prevent criminality in the selected location. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are mentioned the most important laws, which regulate people and property security, criminality and other components which are significant in providing people and property security. The practical part includes a description of the examined location, Červenka village, crime overview, existing security elements in the village, public opinion poll and interview with the deputy mayor of Červenka. Based on the evaluated questionnaires, interview and personal experience, a SWOT analysis is performed and technical and safety measures to increase the village residents safety feeling are proposed.
